Info & Requirements For Virtual Class

• Course Location: Zoom; the student will be provided with the zoom link to access the class closer to the course start. All students must be present with their video turned on at all times other than during breaks

• Student must provide their own stuffed animal for bandaging practicing purposes during class

• Students must attend the full 10 hour course virtually at all scheduled times as registered to to be eligible for certification. If certain times are missed, the student automatically disqualifies to earn their certificate and no transfers to a future time slot/course date are available and no refunds are applicable

• Price includes extensive Manual, Pocket Guide and basic bandage supplies shipped in the mail prior to class, Certificate if applicable will be shipped after class

Terms & Conditions

Certification Requirements: To be eligible to earn your certificate you must attend the full course, including all dates/times if the course is split into multiple dates and pass a written exam at the end of the class as well as pass all hands on exercises such as bandaging skills. If you do not attend the full class, or do not pass the exam, you will not qualify for a certificate and no transfers to future dates are allowed (unless a doctors note is provided). No refunds are issued for failure of attendance or failure of passing the exam at any time.

Animals in class: 

No live animals will be used in class due to the nature of online only presentation. You must not practice any life saving skills such as CPR, Artificial Respiration or Chocking Skills on a live dog at any time, whether during class or afterward, but instead provide a stuffed animal of your choice for this practice.

Cancellations Policy For Virtual Class

If cancellation is made a minimum of 3 weeks (21 days) or more prior to the course start date an administration fee of $50 will apply. Any cancellations after that no money will be refunded and spots can not be transferred to a future class.

Please note that there are no exceptions to this cancellation policy as we need to reserve enough time to ship manuals to each students. After the 21 day prior to class window, we can not fill a cancelled spot otherwise as there will not be enough time to ship a manual to another student.
